Payment:

• We currently use PayPal (owned by eBay) as our payment processor.  What this means to you, is that we never see your credit card information and your payment is processed securely by one of the largest payment processors on the web.   We have been using PayPal both personally and professionally for years and have never had a problem.

Return Policy:

• We guarantee that our parts are in working condition upon shipment. If one of our parts is not in working condition upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. If the part is returned to us within seven days with a matching Serial Number and no damage from attempted or faulty installation, we will replace it at no charge. 

• We record all Serial Numbers on parts we ship and will only accept returns on our parts.  If you return one of our parts, we will test it and if it is defective, we will replace it at no charge.  We will not replace parts that test out as fully functional. 

• If you have purchased a replacement part and still have a problem with your iPod, we recommend sending your iPod to us for free diagnostics.  We can determine the problem and email you an estimate to repair it within 48 hours of receipt. 

Shipping:

• We will normally ship your order within two business days via USPS.  Transit time with USPS varies but is normally 2 to 5 days.  

• We are not responsible for lost, damaged, or delayed packages.  If your package is lost you must contact USPS.

Privacy Statement:

• iPodpartsonline is committed to protecting your privacy. We will not sell or disclose any information. Your credit card information is processed through PayPal and not available to us.  We may use the information we collect to periodically notify you about new services or special offers we think you'll find valuable.
