• We get our parts from a variety of sources but primarily from a major eletronic store's returns.  We test every part a minimum of 48 hours running time in a working iPod to confirm that they are fully functional before shipment.

• There is a limited after market in new iPod replacement parts.  Most parts you find for sale on our site and competing sites are used unless they were pulled from a new iPod.

• We guarantee that our parts are in working condition upon shipment. If one of our parts is not in working condition upon delivery, please contact us within 48 hours. If the part is returned to us within seven days with a matching Serial Number and no damage from attempted or faulty installation, we will replace it at no charge.
