 Not sure what’s wrong with your iPod? Send it to us and one of our iPod Repair Specialists will fix it fast! Once we receive your iPod, one of our iPod Technicians will determine the problem and send you a repair quote and invoice within 24 hrs. You can get an idea of how much it may cost by browsing through our website. All of our prices include installation. If you agree with the quote, just pay the invoice and your iPod will be fixed and mailed back to you. If you decide not to have your iPod repaired, you will only be charged actual USPS shipping costs to get your iPod back to you (less than $5 within the US). International orders will be charged return shipping during the checkout process. To take advantage of our FREE Diagnostics, just click on the “Add To Shopping Cart” button on the left. Please wrap your iPod in bubble wrap (several layers) and place it in a bubble mailer. Please do not send any accessories. Please include a copy of your order confirmation and a brief description of the problem you are having.
We recommend that you use USPS (they are the cheapest and FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes) and purchase delivery confirmation #. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items. Once we receive your iPod, one of our iPod Repair Technicians will determine the problem and send you a quote for the repair and an invoice. If you agree with the quote, please pay the invoice and your iPod will be fixed and mailed back to you (usually within 48 hrs of receiving payment). If you decide that you do not want to have your iPod repaired, we will offer to purchase your iPod or send it back (you will be charged for return shipping *approx. $5.00) .
**Please make sure that you have completed the checkout process before sending us your iPod. At this time we only repair Gen. 3’s, Gen. 4’s, Photo’s, Nano’s, Video, Gen. 1 Mini’s and Gen. 2 Mini’s.
